The device is designed to verify that the anchors (rotors) and stators for short-circuited coils and PVC winding circuit.

Principle of operation:
Inductive method in the winding or windings of the product generated electromagnetic flux. The change in EMF from the exemplary values in the electromagnetic flux of the windings leads to a color change of the indicator instrument.
Has two-color led to indicate:
1) Green - the working winding
2) Red - ready/open winding
Proper use:
When switching on the device the light is red, guide rails to the groove of the armature stator (minimum workspace is marked by two recesses with the side of the device). Closed loop in the groove of the armature or stator, the light is red, no fault led color green.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE DEVICE
The device is configured to check a certain area of verified products (as specified in purpose).
1) Prepare a known-working product
2) Turn the unit (original color is red, if not, adjust the resistor to such) to bring the device to the product close to the groove and adjust until the green color (literally on the border of the transition colors)
3) Remove the device and then to bring in tight to the groove, a green color should be activated when the device in the housing illuminates when you touch it to the groove of products
