Cranes-switches type KP-6 is designed for alternate connection of one draft meter (various types) with three or six pulse lines, the inlet pressure (pressure) or negative pressure (traction) of three or six pressure measurement vacuum. Taps switches can also be applied for various schemes of switching during operation of the devices.
The faucet works when you switch measured media, not acting on brass.
Pressure or vacuum, to be measurement, from the feed lines enters the tube, passes through the channel in the valve housing and through the hollow tube and the other channel in the casing enters the tube connected to the device.
When the cursor by means of the handwheel against one of the marks of the scale to the unit connect one lead line, all the other feed lines blocked.
When setting the pointer against the mark "0" of the cavity of the housing communicates with the atmosphere in this position of the pointer is made the instrument calibration at the zero point.
When the pointer vs marks the "Device" covers all the feed lines. This method checks the integrity of the instrument and connectors.
The tap switch is tested by the manufacturer under the pressure of 250mm.RT.St. for 10 minutes, allowed pressure drop for the 5mm.RT.St. The valve body allows for installation only on the panel.
Attaching the crane to impulse lines and the instrument is made of rubber tubes.
