Compliance all requirements of Bellcore and IPC, as well as excellent solderability on boards coated HAL, OSP, NiAu makes the flux IF2009M ideal for high-tech electronics. Flux has a good wettability and is suitable for soldering tin-lead, lead-free alloys and alloys with poor solderability.

Interflux PacIFic 2009M (IF2009M) – liquid NC (No clean) flux of water based with low solid content (3.7%) and not containing Halogens. Components the flux is completely vaporized during soldering. Does not require control of density and, accordingly, dilution with solvent. Apply flux IF2009M spray, by dipping, by brush, flux marker.
