Turntable for wall panels with the following features:
1 turntable for the production of precast concrete panels without prestressing.
Total length 60 meters, variable width from 3 m to 4 m and variable thickness from 100 mm to 250 mm.
Production of the panel with a heater is possible.
The table comes with pneumatic vibrating system and pre-installation for hot water or steam heating system.
Turning the table, adjusting the height of the lower side and moving the upper sides is carried out using hydraulic cylinders. They are activated by hydraulic power unit, main control cabinet and remote control.
The turntable consists of 5 modules with a length of 11.8 m. The combination of the modules forms a production line with a length of 60 m and a width of 4 m.
The modules consist of a fixed frame with supports attached to the foundation and a tilting table top providing a maximum tilt angle of 74º.
The table modules have an upper longitudinal board with a removable tongue and groove top profile. This board allows the production of straight panels of varying widths from 3 m to 4 m. In addition, the top board has a lifting cylinder system that allows friction-free horizontal movement between the board elements and the table surface.
The table is also equipped with a lower longitudinal board, adjustable in height, which allows the production of panels with a thickness of 100 to 250 mm.
In addition, 10 units of magnetic formwork chassis were delivered for the production of panels of variable width.
Finally, the manufacturer ensured that the surface of the table in contact with concrete was perfectly polished. So that the customer can produce high-quality panels from any type of concrete.
