Forms for 3D volume-modular housing construction
Designed for the production of modular housing units.
Volumetric modules consisting of 4 walls with floor or ceiling, with or without internal partitions and with the integration of all types of networks, for the construction of residential or public buildings.
The mold includes a hydraulic system that assists with the initial extraction of the precast.
This system is based on a set of hydraulic cylinders at the base of the mold that push the concrete piece upwards.
The outer sides are removed using the Dywidag rod and nut system, making it easy to open and remove the outer mold with a crane in a very short time.
The inner mold is made with a minimum taper that allows it to be removed from the mould.
The shape allows the production of blocks with excellent exterior and interior finishes, with elements such as doors, windows and other metal elements pre-built into the product.
Form for rooms 6000*3000*2800 mm.
On this form, ALL 4 SIDES + the top plate are poured.
- Width: 3000 mm,
- Length: 6.0 m.
- Height: from 2.8 m.
- A separate bottom for a wall thickness of 25 cm.
- A separate bottom for a wall thickness of 10 cm.
- 2 outer walls standard
- 2 outer walls with special elements.
- Magnetic formwork L=6.5 m and L=3.5 m for cutting special elements (when it is not necessary to manufacture a product with a balcony/corridor)
- Pneumatic vibration system
These molds are equipped with a hydraulic system to automatically open the outer walls and shrink the inner core in minutes, which allows the product to be removed from the modules and reassembled in record time, which allows the production of one product per day without the use of any "accelerators" to harden
concrete, and up to two products when using a heating system.
The systems include the following elements:
External walls of a form with the hydraulic drive.
Hydraulically foldable inner 3D rods with shrinkable corners and movable
