Automatic switch AVM is designed for installation in DC voltages up to 460 V and AC circuits with voltage up to 500 V frequency 50 Hz (60 Hz export version) for protection of electrical devices against overloads and short circuits, and (up to 15 switches per day) inclusions, outages of electric circuits during nominal operation modes, including induction motors, if their starting characteristics consistent with a protective characteristics of circuit breakers.
Switches are available in open type, and is designed for use in the environment: nevirapinebased that do not contain significant amounts of corrosive gases and vapors in concentrations ruinously metal and insulation, not saturated conductive dust and water vapor. Circuit breakers AVM-4, AVM-10, AVM-15, AVM-20 are stationary and sliding performance, and depending on protection schemes, selective and non-selective.
