The pumps are designed for pumping sewage liquids with temperature 0 - 60°C, a density of not more than 1050 kg/m3, hydrogen index rn,2-8,5, content of non-abrasive suspended particles less than 20%, not more than 10 mm and containing abrasive suspended solids by volume not more than 0,05% not more than 0,2 mm

Design:
Pump FG 20-120 free-vortex, horizontal, single stage, cantilever with an axial entrance. End seal rotor gland or mechanical type. Serve as supports of rotor bearings with grease. The pump drive is an asynchronous motor, mounted on the pump base frame, the torque which is transmitted through the stub-finger clutch. Mount the unit to the Foundation and piping to the pump - hard.
Materials:
Body, cover, bracket - carbon steel; impeller, shaft - stainless steel.
