Complex equipment to perform operations of cold punching (punching, cutting, bending, shallow drawing) parts of the tape material.
The complex is designed to perform the operations of cold punching (punching, cutting, bending, shallow drawing) detail tape (roll) of the material. Provided decoiling and straightening of tape from the roll, the filing of a stamp, possibly cutting waste tape.
The complex includes:
- Unwinding-leveling device;
- Tick feeding(roll);
- Crank press(various efforts 160....10 kN).
Unwinding-leveling device provides installation and unwinding roll and the alignment tape and create a compensation loop before submitting it to the stamp. The reason the above mentioned device from separate motors without speed regulation the speed of roll-out and alignment tape. Control over the size of the compensation loop is automatic.
Drive cloo (or Valkova) feed, which ensures the supply of tape in the area of stamping from the press.
The system operates in the following modes:
And commissioning;
- Single mode moves;
- Automatic mode.
On customer request model press and geometrical parameters of the processed material change.
