Press briquetting is intended for manufacture of briquettes from sawdust, husk seeds, small fractions of coal, peat and other waste of various plant materials (straw, grain crops, waste flax, greens beans, and so on) humidity 6...12 %.
The offered press is significantly different from existing briquetting presses both foreign and domestic manufacturers:
- reduced consumption of electricity for production: up to 42 kW/h per 1 ton of briquettes.
- automatic regulation of the supply of raw material in the compaction zone, depending on the tonnage of the briquette.
- the possibility of making briquettes with a hole and one without.
Extruded briquettes are used as energy-dense eco-friendly fuel, as well as to solve the storage and transportation of waste.
These briquettes are widely used in industrial heating systems, boiler for heating hospitals, schools, gardens, etc.
The estimated cost of producing 1 ton of briquettes is 150 ... 170 UAH . Selling price of 1 ton of briquettes 750...900 UAH.
To obtain the necessary raw materials (size and moisture content fraction) for the manufacture of briquettes, it is proposed line comprising:
- heat source;
- drying;
- with pneumatic suction system;
press briquette shaft;
- conveyor;
- shredder material.
