Polyethylene pipes water pressure used in the construction and reconstruction of external piping, water inlet for housing and municipal economy of cities and villages, as well as industrial consumers. Polyethylene pipelines can transport other gaseous and liquid compounds to which such material as polyethylene is chemically stable. Water pipes are produced according to DSTU B C. 2.7-151:2008 "polyethylene Pipes for cold water supply" on Inspection pipe plant and Kalush pipe plant, and also on Klimovsk pipe plant according to GOST 18599-2001 "Pipes made of polyethylene".
Pipes are produced from low-pressure polyethylene, high density HDPE (HDPE) grades PE-100+, PE-100, PE-80 and PE-63. The dimensional relationships set the standard as SDR 41 - SDR 6, the range of nominal diameters selected from 16 mm up to 1200 mm in the main operating pressures 2.0; 1.6; 1.25; 1.0; 0.8; 0.6; 0.4 MPa. The color of the pipes shall be black with a blue marker bands. Pipes made of polyethylene high density (HDPE), are produced in straight segments from 110mm up to 1200 mm installed length of 12m. According to the specifications of the consumer, the plant manufactures the pipe pieces to any other standardized length. Products with a diameter of less than 110mm produced in the coils and the coil length from 50m to 1000m.
According to standards DSTU B C. 2.7-151:2008 "polyethylene Pipes for cold water supply" products manufactured RTZ and cats was mandatory conformity assessment procedure by certification, which is confirmed by certificates of conformity UA1.107.0050202-09 and UA1.107.0050202-09 (as of the 4th quarter of 2009 only two domestic enterprises have undergone this procedure). In addition to the required certificates and permits, inspection pipe plant passed the conformity assessment procedure quality system ISO 9001, the document does state that the plant produces products which corresponds to the best standards in the industry.

not corrode when in contact with water and various aggressive environments;
3-4 times lighter than metal, cast iron and concrete pipes;
diameters from 20mm to 110mm produced bays from 50 to 1000 meters, which significantly reduces the use of raw materials during installation, and also increases the speed of installation;
welding joints for pipes HDPE less costly, easier and takes less time than metal;
when connecting polyethylene pipes can be used temperature resistant fittings, while the welding process is greatly accelerated and simplified;
the period of training of welders working with polymer pipelines significantly shorter than for welding on steel;
plastic junction requires no additional consumables such as electrodes and insulation;
for polyethylene pipelines there is a possibility of their repeated use at a low cost of remounting;
easily utilized and processed if necessary;
plastic piping can be installed by the method of pulling;
polyethylene pipes have a high elasticity;
pressure pipes made of HDPE stand variables load from the ground;
withstand earthquakes;
low roughness of the inner surface of the plastic pipe allow the use of diameter in the range below while maintaining the hydraulic properties of the pipeline;
in pipelines made of polyethylene PE-100 significantly reduces the risk of water hammer due to the relatively low modulus of elasticity of the material;
water frozen in the polymer HDPE pipe does not damage it;
pipes made of polyethylene toxicologically and bacteriologically safe;
polyethylene pipes are easy to maintain they are easily replaced and repaired;
