The electromagnetic contactors series CT 6000 M and 6000 m KTP
1. The purpose and General instructions
The electromagnetic contactors open type overall application of the CT series 6000 M and KTP 6000 METERS are designed for remote switching on and off of electric power circuits in General fixed drives (frequent starting of motors with squirrel-cage rotor, the reversal of the motors) and are designed for a rated voltage of 380 V of alternating current with frequency of 50 Hz.
The structure and operation
Contactors CT 6000 M contactors are steering type rack-and-pinion performance. Installing rack contactors on the insulating plates of the control stations is carried out using the remote pads. General view of the three-pole contactors is shown in figure 1, 2 (Annex 3).
On the metal rail 4, which is the base part of the contactor, mounted on the stationary part of the electromagnet (core retractor coil 3), the stationary contacts of interrupter device 2 and the auxiliary contacts 1. The mobile system consisting of a movable contact and armature of an electromagnet, mounted on the shaft 6 of the contactor. The shaft 6 rotates in bearings mounted on the uprights of the contactor.
The shaft is made of metal, through which a dielectric strip installed contacttitle. Also on the shaft to hold the lever auxiliary contacts, which is attached to the shaft of the bolt.
Figure 3 (Annex 3) shows the contact-arc system.
Main contacts 6 and 7 contactors - finger type. Site movable contact consists of a lever 12, the actual contact 7 and the bolt 9 adjustment of failure of the contacts.
The contact pressure is created cylindrical contact spring 11. If your pressure is not enough, then you should replace the spring 11 on the new one.
The axis of rotation of the rolling contact coincides with the axis of rotation of the moving system, so the contacts do not have slip and roll.
The movable contact is rotated on the rectangular part of the protrusion of the metal shaft 13, which is separated from the latter by a dielectric spacer.
Contactors are electromagnetic interrupter device consisting of a choke coil 3, the magnetic circuit 2, the horns of the fixed contact 4 and the interrupter chamber 5.
Interrupter device is mounted on the dielectric block 1 mounted on the rail contactor. To the bottom of this pad is attached to the output 15 connected with a movable contact, a flexible connection 14. The output of the fixed contact are soldered to the choke coil 3 and is attached to the top of the metal pads.
The cheeks of the magnetic circuit interrupter system is isolated from live parts and is attached to the pad, insulating the fixed contact from Reiki.
Arc chamber held the cheeks of the magnetic circuit interrupter system. For fixing the camera on the cheeks are the projections 8 which engage the springs, thus fixing the arc chambers.
The electromagnet AC shown in Fig. 4 (prilojenie) and consists of a core 1, a retractor coil 3 and armature 4.
The armature and the core are not rigidly attached, so when the alarm themselves are installed in the most convenient position.
Contactors type KTP 6000 METERS are available in 2 types: a flat coil;
with a round coil.
The design of the contacts with a flat coil similar to the design contactors type CT 6, 000M. The design of the contacts with circular coil device is an electromagnet DC Fig. 5 (Annex 3), which consists of a yoke 1, coil 2, pin washer 3, and the armature 4.
Auxiliary contacts of the contactor shown in Fig. 6 (Annex 3). They consist of a plastic housing 1 with a removable stationary contacts 5 and the movable beam 2 carrying the movable contacts 6. Permutation auxiliary contacts NC to no and Vice versa is performed by turning on 1800 movable contact and replacement of stationary contacts with break on mud and Vice versa.
The moving beam is in the guide. The lower rail is detachable, allowing the traverse can be removed from the housing for inspection or cleaning of the contacts.
Terminals auxiliary contacts are designed for direct connection of all conductors (without rings).
Technical parameters
Types, performance and technical parameters of the contactors are shown in tables 1 and 2. Overall and mounting dimensions contactors shall be as specified in Appendix 2 and table 2.
The contactors are designed for operation in continuous, intermittent-continuous and intermittent modes. Contactors are available 5 values for currents from 100 a to 1000 a with a number of major closing contacts from 2 to 5 and allow the switch frequency up to 1200 per hour.
Working position in space - on a vertical surface.
The control coil is produced at a voltage of 110 V, 220 V and 380 V AC frequency 50 Hz and 110 V and 220 V DC (for contactors type KTP).
Block auxiliary contacts contains 3 no and 3 NC contacts.
Utilisation category AC3 according to DSTU 3020-95.
Climatic version, UHL, placement category - 4 according to GOST 15150.
The degree of protection of contactors is IP00.
4. The order of installation and preparation for work
Contactors shall be mounted on frame control stations or insulation Board. Should not be distortions and deformations of the rail on the vertical plane. Departures when installed on a vertical plane 50 in any direction. Installation contactors produced in enclosed spaces on open panels or shells. The contactor must be protected from direct exposure to water, oil, emulsions.
If contactors are installed in Obolo
