The counters of gas turbine LH-K-Ex (SG.
The counters of gas turbine LH-K-Ex (σ) are designed to measure the amount of gas flowing in the pipeline, at the operating pressure and temperature. They are used for commercial and technological gas accounting.

Gas meters are low-frequency output signal for operation with electronic gas volume corrector and a high-frequency signal, which is used for the calibration of the counters. Gas meters are explosion-proof, have a marking of explosion protection 1ExibIIBT3 X.

-0,2 Qmax for meter with a measuring range of 1:20;
-0,15 Qmax for meter with a measuring range of 1:30
-0,1 Qmax for meter with a measuring range of 1:50

The designation of the counters listed in parenthesis is the designation on demand of the consumer in the supply for export.

DENOTE THE COUNTER WHEN ORDERING:

G Qnom LG - K - DN - i - Rob - B - Ex,

where: GQnom - designation of the counter. This value is the nominal gas flow rate Qnom (in working conditions) measured by the meter in cubic metres per hour.
DN - nominal diameter of the counter whose value for these counters: 80; 100; 150; 200; 250; 300.
i - band measurements. This ratio Qmin / Qmax, in which the counter operates with relative error not exceeding the allowable limits; is for these counters 1:20; 1:30, 1:50.
The rrab - maximum working pressure, MPa, characterizing the strength of the meter case. The value of the working pressure corresponds to the number: 0,63; 1,0; 1,6; 2,5; 4,0; 6,3; 8,0; 10,0.
B - designation of the execution counter depending on climatic conditions and temperature range of the ambient air and the medium, which operates the counter:
1 for the temperature range from minus 30 to 60 0C;
Ex - mark, indicating that the counter is explosion-proof.

Charge counters are equipped with:

Electronic gas volume corrector;

Filter type gas FG or HERE with replaceable filter element;

Set of mounting flanges;

Protective sleeves for temperature transmitters (thermometer)

Straight pipe sections (L=5DN and L=3DN)
