Water meters wing SCM Designed to measure the amount of network and drinking water flowing in the supply or return pipe of indoor and outdoor heating systems, cold and hot water in the temperature range from 5 to 90°C at a pressure of not more than 1.0 MPa.

The principle of the vane counters based on measuring the number of revolutions of the impeller rotating at a speed proportional to the rate of water flowing in the pipeline.
Structurally, the counters are made under the scheme "shahada" when the water is only rotating the impeller. The kinematic connection between the impeller and the counting mechanism is performed by the magnetic interaction through a sealed bulkhead. The supporting part of the impeller and the meter is equipped with the time stones, which ensures long life and high reliability of the device. Water meters belongs to the so-called "multi-jet" type devices, when the water enters the impeller through the holes in the guide, which is itself the impeller. This increases the measurement accuracy and the reliability of the water meter. Counter type SCM 90 has a display device with a roller and arrow signs showing the measured volume in m3 and its fractions.
In addition, there are modifications that have device for remote pickup signal (pulse or optocoupler output) (designator DG).
