The industrial gas detectors "VARTA 1-03 are designed for automatic and continuous monitoring dovzryvoopasnyh concentrations of methane and/or propane (butane) and/or of trace carbon monoxide, and/or the temperature of the air issuing light and sound alarm, and supply electrical signals to external devices and switching external electrical circuits in excess of specified concentrations of explosive and toxic gases in the air of the gas of interest, and other industrial and public buildings.

The gas detector is a stationary device with a natural way of air flow controlled environment room to a sensitive element of measuring the concentration of gas - semiconductor sensor device.

The nominal values of the thresholds triggering alarm gas methane, propane (butane) - 10% (warning) and 20% (alarm) LEL (lower explosive limit flame spread).

The detector consists of a control unit and sensors, gas leak methane, propane (butane), carbon monoxide and temperature combinations thereof.

Transducers - sensors, gas leak alarm level of protection "increased safety against explosion according to GOST 12.2.020, provided that the types of protection: "explosion proof" (d) according to GOST 22782.6 and confirmed marked "2ExdІІВТ6/H2". Type of protection allows the use of sensors in almost all buildings and structures where possible formation of explosive mixtures.

The gas detectors have four channels and radial wiring transducers - sensors, gas leak. The number of thresholds of the alarm device - 2 (warning and alarm).

In gas detectors "VARTA 1-03" applied sensors (sensors) made in Japan with a service life of not less than 8 years, providing resources gas appliance without replacing the sensor up to 15 years, improving selectivity in the determination of the monitored gas in the air, with less sensitivity to the pairs of organic solvents and reducing the cost of repair of the alarm when the sensor is replaced.

The gas detectors can work with any type of shut-off valves and alarm devices, equipped with a microprocessor-based data processing system and self-test, have built-in sound and light alarm, can be used as a backup fire alarm objects for different purposes.
