Upgraded monoblock valves MR
Valves MR with spools 1,2,3,4-type - are full analogs of valves type P80 functionality and overall prisoedinennym sizes and are designed for the distribution and regulation of the pressure in the hydraulic systems of machines with pumps of various capacities from 20 to 120 l/min
Upgraded the Mr valves have a number of advantages compared to conventional P80.
Improved performance valves MR achieved by:
* use the chassis with the shed interior cavities of large cross-section without stub connections;
* implementation of a new valve system extends the range of key indicators;
* introduction of the chrome coating HTV.15 on the valve P80-3-024, provides an improvement of the parameters of the internal tightness and stress reduction control valve.
New phosphated case, new aluminum cover without paint coating, electroplating surfaces of the outer parts provides new modern design, the identification of the valves in this series, and even better protection against counterfeiting.
These changes in the design of the valve has allowed to increase the life of the site by 20% compared to conventional P80, and 300 thousand cycles, and improve the reliability of the entire hydraulic system.
Valves MR fully interchangeable with conventional P80 and can be applied on the technique instead of the usual P80 (except models using the side outlets of the valve to the actuators).
