Application
The separator is widely used in dry grinding of coal and cement production line.
Principle of operation
The flow of compressed air after the compressor enters the separator through the opening in the upper part, then falls into the field of centrifugal forces, the source of which is a special plastic element. Thus, drip condensate is separated from the air stream and collect on the walls of the separator. Then drop down to the bottom of the separator, which passes into a collecting compartment and subsequently removed.
Meanwhile, a stream of dry air then goes to the top, passing through the cylindrical calibration sided stainless steel, centered and sealed the bottom of the plastic tube. Streams drained and undrained air are separated by a special plate cylinder of stainless steel, which is different from the other coaxial cylinders offered by competitors; the dry air comes from the vents in the upper part of the separator, located diametrically with respect to the inlet.
