UAB "HERMIS" produces and supplies about 70 items of equipment for lines blowing and filling. To meet the requirements of small and large manufacturers operating in various sectors of the beverage production, our company delivers the line with productivity in the range from 500 to 60 000 bottles/hour. The equipment can be easily integrated into an already existing line. Lines are designed for filling bottles disposable and reusable, PET bottles, cans and KEGS barrels.
Enginering
Lines are designed as one unit of individual machines, transport lines, control bottles and distribution of energy. Lines are designed on the basis of experience of our engineers, as well as requirements and needs of the Customer. During the design work is developed variant solution line, widely used possibilities of computer technology.
System monitoring and control
The system control lines can be connected to the information system of the Customer and information about the work to pass between individual machines or computer, head shop, which will depict all information about the process, including the ability to print the required information.
