The proposed tubular steel refrigerators for bulk materials (cement, perlite, sand, coke, coal and so on). Cooling of the material is in contact with the thick-walled pipes with circulating cold water or other coolant. The diameter of the cooling pipes and step their location is determined by the fractional composition of the cooled material. Material execution of the refrigerator depends on the operating temperature of the cooled material and its abrasive properties. Refrigerators can be used as heaters, in this case, instead of cold water in tube bundles can be served hot water, saturated steam or high-temperature organic heat carrier. Refrigerators are equipped with electronic control of the main parameters: the temperature of the material at the inlet and outlet, temperature and pressure of the cooling water inlet and outlet. The sensor readings are displayed on the digital display control panel.
