Working description The system works on the principle of mixed regulation and is intended for floor heating systems, which are designed for constant the temperature of the water.
Setting the temperature of the incoming water (project) made for thermostatic head with remote sensor, range settings temperature of 20 to 60 C.
The degree of opening of the two-way thermostatic valve regularly installed on temperature, the measured remote sensor thermostatic head, which installed in the lower part of the pumping group.
When you open the valve heating water enters the valve and is mixed with water, coming from the return line of the contour of the floor. The sensor, which removes the temperature of the mixed water supplied to the heat-insulated floor, constantly controls thermostat input and provides thus a mix of water, to achieve the desired temperature.

Circulation pump mixing systems are supplied depending on the capacity of the system (the draft) and installed so that the direction rotation (see arrow on the pump casing) coincided with the direction of the entrance heating water in the system. The pump circulates the heating water in the contours of the floor, regardless of the degree of opening or closing thermostatic valve at the input to the system. Hydraulic setting heating circuits are produced using
separate control valves and flow meters on the distributor housing.
