Two-column band sawing machine Zenitech CH-500 (Ø 500 mm)

Machines band saw semi-automatic two-column SN due to their design have rigid structure, this allows for the cutting of workpieces solid section (rolling, forging).

All machines have hydraulic tension, variable speed, the stabilizer blade with carbide napravlenii, two independent the hydraulic system. This allows optimal selection of cutting conditions.

Machine works in semi-automatic mode - the workpiece manually, hydraulic the clamping of workpieces, the lowering and lifting of the saw frame in its original position in automatic mode.

Machine equipped with a throttling the hydraulic cylinder supply that allows to adjust the feed speed of the saw frame, depending on the profile, material, the size of the workpiece, eliminating the part of the operator during the cutting process.

For faster and more accurate tool change additionally set hydraulic device for tensioning the saw blade.

All this aggregation allows to achieve better performance.
