Rubber cords round and rectangular sections.
This standard applies to rubber round cords and rectangular sections, designed to be stationary seal detachable connections with working pressures up to 1.0 MPa (10 kgf/cm2), protection of cavities from dust, dirt and used in national economy. The standard does not apply to cords for special purposes.
BASIC PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS
Depending on the operating conditions, the cords are made: 6 types,
three degrees of hardness - small (M), medium (C) high (P); two
groups:
1 - cords with working pressures up to 0.5 MPa;
2 - for cords with working pressures up to 1.0 MPa.
Conditions cords are shown in table. 1.
The diameter or size of the side cords of round and square cross-sections should
match 2,0; 2,5; 3,2; 4,0; 5,0; 6,3; 7,1; 8,0; 9,0; 10,0; 11,0;
12,0; 14,0; 16,0; 18,0; 20,0; 22,0; 25,0; 28,0; 32,0; 36,0; 40,0; 45,0;
50,0; 56,0 63,0 and mm.
