Designed
for transportation of flour and other bulk products in horizontal and
vertical direction along a curved path with the performance
flour up to 1000kg/h. The maximum route length is 15m.

Auger flexible spiral consists of a receiving chamber, a flexible track and camera handling. Luggage reception is a bootable pipe of rectangular cross-section length 250-1500mm with a drive motor gearbox capacity of 1.1-2.2 kW. Flexible track connecting the camera reception with Luggage handling, consists of a flexible plastic pipes with a diameter of 90 mm, inside which rotates a spiral. Luggage fasting is a tube of rectangular cross-section with a length of 250 mm with sensor speed control spiral. The speed control sensor is connected via control Cabinet with flexible drive screw and in the case of lowering speed spiral (when jamming, "drilling", etc.) sends a signal to shut off the gear motor to prevent breakage of the screw.
