In order to improve the wear resistance of nodes slurry pumps and increase their lifespan, impeller, spiral casing and the sealing ring are made of special cast iron alloy. The specified sparcplug has a hardness on a scale of Rockwell 56-63 unit that is much higher than cast iron MF 20 (22 units) and steel 35L (30-50 units).
Currently mastered the production of impellers superior spaceplane. The tests in factories showed that the service life of the impeller of the superior spaceplane 2.5-3 times the service life of the impeller base case production.
