The main goal of the School IFRS - popularization of IFRS, the free listeners information under IFRS, an increase in the educational status of experts, preparation of infrastructure for the wide application of IFRS, helping to accelerate the implementation in practice of Russian companies to international financial reporting standards.
Classes are conducted by well-known practitioners who received professional recognition in the field of IFRS, professional lecturers: Kolesnikova Nina A., Karaseva Larisa Andreevna.

1)will get the basic knowledge of IFRS;

Lesson 1 Introduction to International financial reporting standards (IFRS). Main differences between IFRS from GAAP. Basis of preparation and presentation of financial statements according to IFRS"

• IFRS as a system of documents. Key principles of IFRS. Differences between IFRS from GAAP.
Lesson 2 "reporting"
• The structure of statements, terms and order of presentation, report formats, requirements for submission. The elements of financial statements (assets, liabilities, capital, income and expenses): definition, recognition and measurement.
• Accounting policy: selection and application of accounting policies, changes in accounting policy and correction of errors.
Lesson 3 "non-current non-financial assets"
• Stocks: initial recognition, subsequent measurement, methods of inventory in cost.
• Fixed assets: classification of fixed assets, the formation of the original cost; subsequent measurement, repair and modernization, revaluation and impairment, fixed assets disposal
Lesson 4 "Main activity", "Cash liabilities"
• Revenue: structure, problems of recognition and measurement of revenue; revenue from sales of products and goods; the revenue from the sale of works and services; interest, royalties and dividends
• The building contract. Industry: merger and division of construction contracts
• Contingent assets, contingent liabilities and estimated liabilities: species recognition and measurement of estimated liabilities.
