Testookrugliteli machine (testogel) - used for rounding the dough pieces.
Testogel MFN provides high performance and helps to seal and increase the porosity of the test, which increases the quality of bakery products.
Working principle:
The dough from the dough divider enters the cone - receiver testeagles, then, using okruhliakova drum and distribution deepening it takes on a rounded shape, and then is sent to the Cabinet prior to proofing. When this process is used to supply flour to avoid sticking of the test section of issuance.
The air flow into the cavities of the machine prevents the build-up test on the drum.
