Testoserone machine produces sealing blanks of dough.
Testoserone machine series MFN drawn with the dough gently, as if hands! Fitted with a pair of rolls made of polyamide.
The dough is rolled and it is shaped by two independently adjustable clamping plates. The second clamping plate may be smooth (for minibaev) and wavy (for sticks). The maximum possible length of the workpiece to 440 mm
Working principle:
Test billet spherical form is fed into a hopper, provided with a protective locking device and device alignment dough pieces, then rolled into a pancake specified thickness by two pairs of rolled rolls.
Getting on a moving conveyor belt, pre-rolled test blank is wrapped into a roll, and passing under the clamping plate, is formed in a cylindrical workpiece of a given length and diameter. The process occurs without tearing, tension and stress for the test.
