Installation for microclimate is designed to create and automatically maintain the set values of temperature and humidity in the chambers of the final proofing dough pieces.
Installation MFN-KLM/01 consists of steam and heat source, stand and remote control.
Working principle:
Works in automatic mode. The air passing through climator, is heated by the heating Elements, moistened by the steam generator and back. Water is replenished automatically. There is a special mode extension service water Heaters by lowering the voltage on them two times when the temperature in the tank is more than 90°C.
This mode prevents the formation of steam jacketed around ten.
