The deck of the pallet, having a thickness of 20 mm and consists of five boards (100 mm). Length
1200 mm, length tolerances to be -1/+2 mm.
Three transverse Board size 20 x 100 x 800 with a tolerance of -1/+2 mm.
The pallet stands on nine checkers - size 78 x 100 x 100 mm, Tolerances are
-1/+2 mm.
For Assembly of the pallet used building nails 3.5 x 70 (for mounting
bottom boards and pieces, 3 pieces on a checker), 3.5 x 90 (for fastening flooring and
checkers, on 3 pieces on a checker) and nails 2.5 x 55 (for fixing boards to
the boards bearing, 3 PCs per connection).
