Ammonium chloride. The use of Ammonium chloride:
nitrogen fertilizer (25% N) for neutral and alkaline soils for crops, weakly reacting to the excess of chlorine (sugar beet, rice, corn);
registered as a dietary Supplement, E510, in the Scandinavian countries and Finland is used as a food seasoning, including in the composition liquorice "Tyrkisk Peber" "Salmiakki" etc.;
used as a flux when soldering (to remove the oxide film from the surfaces of metals);
in galvanic cells as a component of the electrolyte;
in medicine for edema of cardiac origin and to enhance the action of diuretics;
in laboratory technology for lysis of red blood cells
as demobrowser;
