Oil series AGIP DICREA are designed for the lubrication of air compressors both rotary and reciprocating types. They are made from high-quality selected base oils based paraffin with antioxidant, anti-corrosion and anti-wear the additives.
PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE
• Oil series AGIP DICREA have very good thermal-oxidative stability at high temperatures, as confirmed by minor the increase in oil coke-like deposits when tested by the method DIN 51352 part 2. They do not form a sediment or carbon deposits on the hot parts of the compressor, which reduces the probability of occurrence compression ring, and blockage of the channels of the valve. Oil AGIP DICREA has a high resistance to oxidative aging and does not form sludge and sediments,as evidenced by the results of tests by method R. O. O. T. C. (oxidation test showing the change in stability to oxidation of the oil contained in the compressor).
Thus oil AGIP DICREA are operated over a long period of time in rotary compressors (vane and screw type).
• These oils do not tend to rust and meet the requirements of ASTM D 665 A/B.
• Oil AGIP DICREA have very good anti-wear properties and have 9 the degree of load FZG method. Antiwear properties play a crucial role in the lubrication of rotary compressors, the most exposed wear, compared to compressors of the reciprocating type.
• Oil AGIP DICREA compatible with all rubber seals used as spacers in compressors.
APPLICATION
Oil AGIP DICREA recommended for the lubrication of air compressors, including compressor with the discharge temperature of the air 200°C or higher.
Oil AGIP DICREA 32 and 46 have been specifically designed for rotary compressors (vane and screw type).
Oil AGIP DICREA 320 is specifically designed for rotary compressor PNEUMOFORE series F.
