AGIP OSO series of high-quality hydraulic oils for all types hydraulic systems and equipment. Oils are produced from selected base oil based paraffin with antioxidant, anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives (OSO 15 and 22 classification ISO-L-FD; OSO 22-150 classification ISO-L-HM). Oils have a wide viscosity range and meet virtually any need.PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE
• Oil AGIP OSO designed for energy transfer in plants using hydraulic oil. Oils provide the necessary lubrication by forming a solid lubricant film capable of withstanding high loads in hydraulic systems.
• Oil AGIP OSO have very good anti-wear properties, as evidenced by the following tests:
1) Total wear of the blades and rings by Vickers method is about 35 mg;
2) Oil (OSO 46-150) correspond to the 12th stage FZG test (mechanical test setup with load gears), the low-viscosity - 11 stage.
• Oils have a high resistance to oxidation and stability during very high thermal loads; this property minimizes the formation of various sediments, preventing clogging of valves, spool valves and control devices, providing at the same time beautiful the fluidity of the oil. This reduces overhead and extended service life.
• High viscosity index of all varieties of oils minimizes the change the viscosity at a normal temperature mode of operation, providing good fluidity, low loss by friction and good hydraulic efficiency,protecting against possible cavitation.
• Low pour point oils allows to exploit equipment at low temperatures without the problems associated with circulation and adjustment.
• Excellent anti-corrosion properties inhibit the process of oxidation of the inner surface of the hydraulic systems.

APPLICATION
Hydraulic fluid AGIP OSO are mainly used in hydraulic systems with high mechanical and thermal load, and also in various high technology industries, such as transport, construction, mines, chemical and metallurgical equipment, machines, marine and aviation equipment, etc due to the large the influence of viscosity on the efficiency of hydraulic systems the consumer has the choice of oil viscosity in accordance with the recommendation of the designer. Low-viscosity grades are mainly used for high speed and accurate equipment, while high viscosity varieties used in low-speed applications with high hydrostatic loads.
