Zinc sulfate 7 analytical grade water. Colorless crystals, density 3,74
g/cm3. Solubility in water (%): 29,4 (0 °C), 37,7 (99 °C). From solutions
at temperatures below 38,8 °C crystallizes ZnSO4·7H2O (zinc
sulphate), ranging from 38,8 °C to 70 °C - ZnSO4·6H2O, above 70 °C
formed monohydrate ZnSO4·H2O. Last dewatered at 238 °C.
Zinc sulfate in the range of 600-900 °C decomposes into ZnO and SO3. Weak
solutions of zinc sulfate turbid during the hydrolysis due to the allocation of
sediment 3Zn(OH)2·ZnSO4·4H2O.
