Circulating oil Agip Acer 100,150

AGIP ACER - series of high quality oils for use in circulating and hydraulic systems. They are produced from selected base oil based paraffin with antioxidant and anti-corrosion additives (classification RO, ISO-L-CKB and ISO-L-HL). Oil AGIP ACER have a wide viscosity range and can meet almost every need.

YOURWITHTVAND PERFORMANCE

• Oil AGIP ACER has a high viscosity index, which significantly reduces the viscosity of the oil and therefore the the efficiency of the oil film is maintained under a wide range operating temperatures.

• All kinds of oils have excellent oxidation stability and resistance to aging.

• Oil AGIP ACER have good properties for the separation of water and do not form the emulsion, resulting in the loss of lubricating properties.

• Excellent anti-foaming properties allow very fast to be free from air bubbles appearing. This property required for hydraulic fluids, prevents any problems with circulation and pumping of oil pump and reduces the level of thermal and oxidative aging.

• All kinds of oils have good anti-corrosion properties, securely protects against corrosion even in the presence of moisture.

• Oil is compatible with all types of elastomers and seals.

APPLICATION

Hydraulic fluid AGIP ACER suitable for hydrostatic and for hydrodynamic systems (except special automotive automatic transmissions). Oils are used especially in those cases that require properties such as: high resistance to ageing, good anti-corrosive properties, high ability to the demulsibility. However, they should not be used in cases where pumps or other equipment require a surface layer of grease, so they have no high antiwear properties.

Oils are also recommended for oil bath or circulating systems, for most mechanisms, such as:

• axle;

• bearings;

• anti-friction bearings;

• crank;

• hypoid transmission does not require the use of oils with EP properties;

• clutch running in oil bath.

Oils are used for lubrication of air compressors. Grades 32, 46, 68 and 100 correspond to the level of DIN 51506 VCL, and grades 150, 220, 320 and 460 correspond to the level VBL. These oils can also be used in other purposes that require high quality oil based paraffin. Agip ACER 100, in particular, can be used in the crankcase of many engines with separate lubrication and water cooling of the pistons.
