Pre-insulated pipes for heating systems

Produced PC "INFLOT" insulated pipes and fittings piping elements in their qualitative and technical characteristics meet plus they meet applicable requirements of normative-legal base for these products in Ukraine.

Pre-insulated with polyurethane foam pipes are widely used in district heating networks. The proposed construction of a "pipe-in-pipe" has proven very reliable and effective for a period of operation of not less than 25 years at the temperature of fluid up to +1400C (short time up to +1500C).

Pipe hydrothermal insulation are applied for directly buried underground and aboveground installations thermal networks with temperature up to 1500C.

Steel pipe and a layer of polyurethane foam is protected by a sheath of polyethylene or spiral coiled sheath galvanized steel (SPIRO).

Tubular products manufactured with controlled wetting of the insulating layer to determine where damage to the waterproofing membrane or leaks in steel pipe or without it (as agreed with the customer).

Pre-insulated pipe Assembly is a single structure due to adhesion (adhesion) between the steel pipe, insulating layer of polyurethane foam, as well as communication between the polyurethane foam and the outer gidrozaschitnym shell. This condition is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the piping system during operation. Strong coupling pipe Assembly (steel pipe, polyurethane, shell, plastic or galvanized) is achieved in the production process due to strict observance of technology of production of pre-insulated pipes PPU and fittings in foam insulation:

• pre-blasting, shot blasting or brushing the outer surface of the steel pipe;
• observance of a temperature mode for qualitative expansion polyurethane foam;
• the proper selection of a polyurethane composition (system components PPU).
