For the manufacture of Nickel wire used Nickel grades
HP1, NP-2, Nickel NP, NP and siliceous Nickel. Chemical composition
wire correspond to GOST.
Nickel wire produce several types: solid (Nagarjuna) and
soft (annealed). If Nickel wire has a diameter of less than 0.09 mm,
you can only use the first type, and at a thickness of more than 0,09 -
both.
Marking wire is manufactured according to GOST 2179-75 "Wire made of Nickel and
siliceous Nickel. Technical conditions". So the designation of "Nickel wire
DCMT-0.025-KT-NP-2" stands as follows: the wire
cold, round, normal precision manufacturing, solid
state, with a diameter of 0.025 mm, in coils, used for the manufacture of Nickel
NP-2.
