Module for slaughter pigs is a fully equipped technologically complete section in the form of an Autonomous unit within which operations are performed:
stunning and slaughter of pigs;
- scalding the carcass and removing the bristle;
- hanging carcasses hanging on the path;
- nutrovita (removal and screening viscera);
- cutting in halves;
- weighing and sending the carcass for storage.
Moving the carcass from one position to another within the module is done using a suspended way.
In all working positions have the appropriate equipment and means of mechanization.
