Module poultry slaughtering is a fully equipped technologically complete section in the form of an Autonomous unit within which operations are performed:
- acceptance of the birds;
stunning and slaughter of poultry;
- sparka birds;
- defeathering;
- nutrovita (removal and screening viscera);
- weighing and sending the carcass for storage.
The movement of the poultry carcass from one position to another within the module is done using a suspended way.
In all working positions have the appropriate equipment and means of mechanization, as well as sanitation and hygiene.
