New technological solutions for
drying powder nectars from fruits and vegetables were decisive factors in
introduction into production in Western Europe. The technology used allows
on one and there's also equipment to get a different powder products
depending on the season.
So the beginning of the production season
fruit and vegetable powder nectars starts from the first berries: strawberries,
raspberries and currants.
Then begins processing
cherry, plum, apricot, peach, watermelon.
In the autumn of processed apples and
the pear. In the Northern regions of Russia can be processed berries: cranberries, blueberries.
Powder nectars of these berries are especially valuable not only in the food and
confectionery industry, but also in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, ophthalmology.
Winter and spring are processed
in powders garlic and onions.
All
this has led experts working in the company ICF Welko to the project plant as a turnkey project by
the production of powder of vegetables and fruits.
