- quick Assembly thanks to the system connector electrical contacts, pipelines and so on;
- operating performance - 100m3/h;
- the mixer is twin-shaft 3500/2500, power hkw; reinforced construction is intended for products including basalt concrete (using high-strength steel Hardox 500);
full staffing of equipment with the exception of the cement silos are implemented separately according to the needs of the Customer;
- innovative system Pro Logic system "learns" and adjusts the quantity of material in the process of filing;
system SCS - automatic saving of cement by increasing the accuracy of dosing up to 0.4-0.5%; cooperates with weights of cement, water, chem. additives, filler;
- automatic control system Siemens in Russian; PC+PLC Dell, with two LCD monitors;
All construction is made and assembled in Germany, every vehicle passes the control run and tested in the factory.
