Device.

The design of the centrifugal pump , single-stage, single-stage with closed impeller blades, self-priming. In further text referred to as the electric pump “pump”.

The pump is installed Respondent on three legs. All pump parts that come in contact with the pumped product, made of stainless steel and materials approved for use in the food industry.

Major pump components : motor, pump casing, bearing, impeller.

To the pump housing with clamp ring is pressed against the pump cover. Rubber ring is used to seal the working chamber of the pump formed by the casing and pump cover. Pump cover has a threaded fitting to which by means of a Union nut suction pipe is attached. The ring serves to seal the gap in the connection .

Inside the body of the pump is the impeller, fixed nut at the tip pressed on the motor shaft and fixed pin.

Mechanical seal creates a leak at the site of passage of the tip into the pump chamber. The seal consists of a seal, bushings and sprockets

To the outlet nozzle of the pump casing through the cap nut seal ring is attached to the nozzle of the discharge lines.

To protect the motor from water, installed protective cover. On the end wall of the casing is mounted the grounding terminal.

The principle of operation.

Pump operation is as follows. A pump connected to inlet and discharge piping is fed the liquid to be pumped.

Turn on the pump, and through the impeller creates a pressure and fluid flow into the discharge pipe.

The pump is self-priming and requires pre-fill.
