Tub long pasteurisation ( SDT ) is a triple-wall tank ( stainless steel ), consisting of a working zone, shirts, thermal insulation and cladding, fitted with devices for filling and draining of the product, a stirrer, sensors and control level, temperature and control panel. Heating and maintaining a desired temperature of the product can be provided as built-in heating elements (electric heating), which are located in the space between the outer and inner walls of the water jacket of the SDT, and vapor (steam heating). The cooling is cold, running or ice water depending on the customer's specifications (it is possible to work under davleniem). The control panel allows you to set and automatically maintain the required operating conditions of the bath for a long period of pasteurization.
