PURPOSE:
TK, TK (hereinafter TC) – station management,protection and control, used for various electrical systems with ED three-phase AC voltage up to 380V rated current 1 ― 400A.
TC station that implements protective and regulating functions for General industrial electrical installations (EI).
TC – control station electroniconly aggregates (direct appointment ― control submersible pumps).
TKD, TKD stations that implement additional security feature ED and cable from the occurrence of the leakage current.
1.2. The TC is meant to be ED with the following range of rated currents !n:
"0" ― 2A 1N 10A; "1" ― 4A 1H 25A; "2" ― 10A 1H 63A; "3" ― 20 1H 80A; (tolerance.modification- "3.5" ― 20A 1H 95A);
"4" ― in 60A; "5" ― an 250A; "6"6 ― in 400A.
1.3. TC implement the following basic functions:
1.3.1. Local or remote enabling and disabling of ED;
1.3.2. Protect ED from various disorders of the supply electrcity;
1.3.3. Protect ED from current overloads by at least one of the three phases;
1.3.4. Protection ED overcurrent underload ED (idling), "dry run", etc.);
1.3.5. Disable ED by short circuits in the power supply cable or ED;
1.3.6. Disable ED with the appearance of leakage current from the cable or ED (only for DD and DD);
1.3.7. Automatic ban on re-enabling ED after alarms of all types of protection to the removal of re-energizing or removing the lock protection;
1.3.8. Configure protection settings, taking into account the real power and load ED;
1.3.9. The exchange of TC information with the computer (485/232 interface); the function is implemented only by agreement with the Consumer;
1.3.10. Indication operating current ED, security code and other parameters on the display;
1.3.11. Power TC and tripping on the door of the Cabinet TC.
1.4. TR2 implements additional features:
1.4.1. Level control in water supply or drainage (if installed) or water supply (if installed pressure sensor) of the water in the accumulator;
1.4.2. Protect the pump from water-level declines below acceptable (protection against dry running) by a sensor "dry run";
1.4.3. The setting for the TC (water flow (discharge), pumping water(drainage) and the type of sensors used
(electrode or other level sensors pressure gauges).
