is a professional non-removable formwork concrete floor with expansion joints.
Omega-profile is designed to:
- the installation of the upper level of the plane of the floor;
- dock cut off edges of concrete floor with newly poured concrete;
- prevent movement of the plates relative to each other in vertical and horizontal plane;
planning temperature-deformation seams;
- protection of floor edges from chipping (fracture).
Description
1. Omega-rails (internal and external).
2. Bracket is designed to mate with omega profile with base screw (4) by which omega-profile is set in
the vertical plane depending on technical requirements
raised to this floor.
3. The wedge is designed to tightly fix the pair of "bracket – support screw".
4. Screw-bearing regulates the level of omega-profile.
5. The joint is designed for connection of 2 neighboring concrete slabs.
Note. The outer and inner profile are
offset relative to each other a step, a multiple of a square
holes.
