T – profile for concrete floors

designed for use as a guide when installing the upper level of the plane of the floor and roof, and plan expansion joints, especially when rasullulah floor and borders of concrete floors. Can act as a guide for all kinds of screed.

Technology installation guide
1. To score in compacted soil reinforcing pins with a diameter of 8 mm with height limiter (or without) increments from 750 to 1200 mm, height minus 20 mm from intended floor level and an accuracy of ± 10 mm. Depth of pin entry into the ground depends on the density of the base and varies from 500 mm (compacted soil) to 50 mm (concrete). In the concrete base pins are driven without height limiter (Fig. 1).
2. Bend alternately in different directions of the reinforcing pins and put them into the T-profile.
3. To set the level of T-profile level. To make a potholder by electric welding to reinforcement pins (Fig. 2). It is possible to install the T-profile on the concrete mounds (Fig. 3).
4. Connect T-profiles together with the segment electrode with a diameter of 3 mm and 4 mm, sticking his head in the edges of the profiles, to achieve a unified level plane with no steps and rigidity of all the guides (Fig. 4).
5. Fill the concrete subfloor.
6. To cut expansion joints can be very next day after pouring the floor with a simple "grinders" or wall chasers. This requires the use of special diamond disc with wedge shaped segment (Fig. 5).
