The advantages of round slings:
-machine manufacturing method enables to produce lines of extremely large lifting capacity (up to 250 tons) that are almost impossible in other types of slings;
-3-4 times lower weight compared with the rope or chain slings of the same carrying capacity;
-longer lifetime compared to the two-loop slings in consequence of their ring structures and the ability to change areas of increased friction and wear of the strap;
-the possibility of implementing a large number of variants of schemes of cargo slinging, compared to traditional two-loop slings;
-high production speed and low price.
The slings made in mandatory to undergo tests on a test bench with a load factor of K=1.25 x nominal capacity of the product. After passing the test slings is assigned a serial number and issued with a Passport certifying the quality and safety of operation.
The length of a sling is made individually according to the customer order.
