Low noise duct fans TD-SILENT developed especially for areas with high requirements for low noise level.
Fans models 160 - 1000 made of high quality plastic and equipped with highly efficient impellers with diagonal blades.
Structurally, the fan consists of two parts: mounting bracket and mounted thereon, the fan housing. Case fan double, between the outer and inner shell is a layer of sound-absorbing material.
The sound waves from the impeller and motor pass through the inner perforated housing and, at a certain angle, going on a layer of sound-absorbing material, where the attenuated and almost a hundred percent. The use of rubber seals on the Spigots allows to prevent transmission of vibration from the fan to the air ducts.
With the exception of the TD-160 SILENT, noise reduction in which is achieved due to the rubber "silent blocks" that have the electric motor (patented technology S&P).
TD-SILENT T (models with timer)
Model TD-SILENT-T (from 250 to 1000 size) equipped with an adjustable off-delay timer.
The timer can be set to the delay time from 1 up to 30 min.
Fans TD-SILENT-T are equipped with single-speed single-phase motors and have no possibility of speed regulation.
Fans models 1300 and 2000 consist of two parts: mounting bracket attached to it and the fan housing. The fan casing is dual, made of sheet steel painted with epoxy-polyester paint, between the outer and inner shell is laid a layer of non-combustible fiberglass (MO).
