Marmeladova machine IOM-2 is a modern high-tech equipment for casting jelly mass of molding silicone mats. The principle of operation of the machine based on piston group of nozzles depositing gummy mass. The movement mechanism organized on the basis of the pneumatic system. The dosage is determined by the piston stroke. Control system basis of programmable controller allows you to configure the operating modes reducing the time and simplifying the transition to producing different types of products. Save in memory of the controller various programs for operating the machine. All the details design in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.

Example of calculation of performance for minimum complete set of 8 nozzles with a weight the final product 15 g:

t = 3,2 h, n = 8 PCs, m = 0.015 kg

P = (3600:3,2)·8·0,0015 = 135 kg/hour

Example of calculation for maximum performance complete set of 12 nozzles with the weight of the final product 20 g:

t = 3,2 h, n = 12 PCs, m = 0,020 kg

P = (3600:3,2)·12·0,0020 = 270 kg/h
