The principle of operation of the forming machine for sugar cookies.
The equipment for manufacture of sugar cookies - this is a metal frame. On it is mounted the forming block. From the hopper feed shaft takes the dough, then it compresses into the grooves of the drum the batter. And the excess dough is removed by blade cleaning. Billets from the forms are extracted using a discharge strip, which is placed between the pressure roller and the forming drum. Next, the extracted blanks are placed in the mesh panel of the furnace conveyor .
