Machine bread sticks MFS-2

ISF-2 is a compact machine that allows to produce bread sticks (the stick). Presented the option for photos and videos has capacity of up to 100 kg/hour – depending on the length of the baking tunnel modular furnace.

Nodes machine MFS-2:

- the hopper for loading test.

drum discharge test:

- node of the extrusion harness;

- conveyor with guide for preventing bonding;

- bath with soda solution;

block notches;

- node spreading.

 

Technological process of machine work:

After kneading the dough is loaded into the a hopper MFS-2, then pumped the shaft the dough is extruded through forming the nozzles in the harness. Harness mesh conveyor passing through guides against bonding, falls into the soda bath, then moved to block notches where the shaft is formed the length of the future straw. After the block spreading produced decorated wares with salt or any other chosen faction (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, etc.). Next, the bundles get to the site baking on a stainless mesh. In the next step after getting out of the oven is cooling exhaust fans, prior to removal. It provides low-interest marriage of finished products.
