Line automatic cookies forming "Snow", "Viennese biscuit" – designed for molding, sizing and styling products, "Viennese biscuit" pastry baking pan or on a steel furnace. Download of the dough and filling is performed manually.
The line consists of:
- Conveyor forming a layer of biscuit
Station topping conveyor belt flour
- Three roller station for depositing a bottom layer of biscuit (dough)
- Stitcher shaft (with adjustable speed)
Two roller (gear rolls) station application the filling on the lower test layer.
Station applying the test chips
- Stitcher shaft (with adjustable speed)
Node disk cutting. Intended for initial longitudinal separation of the semi-finished product.
- Conveyor separation layer of prefabricated after the operation of longitudinal cutting(cut separates the layers of dough two the tiers of the conveyor for further cross cutting with a guillotine)
- Intermediate feeder conveyor products separated on a baking sheet.
- Feed conveyor of the pan.
